Shipping is free on every order over $80, sent with DHL Express. Below that, the shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay. You will get a tracking number by email within 24 hours.

Every Nasmati tool is covered against manufacturer defects for one full year. If a fault is confirmed we send a replacement, and the exchange itself is always free.

Within the first 15 days of receiving your product, we cover the shipping both ways. After 15 days the exchange is still free and the product is still under warranty — only the shipping is paid by you.

If the order has not reached you yet, you can request a refund of the product price, excluding shipping, taxes and customs. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 15 business days. Used, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.
